SHIPPING & RETURNS
Your satisfaction is important to us and therefore give weather we go to great lengths to process orders as quickly as possible. Please read this shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Orders are only dispatched and delivered on working days (Monday to Friday). If you have ordered multiple items, they may be sent in separate packages, but with no additional shipping costs. Orders are not delivered to post office boxes or poste restante.
Important: Occasionally, e.g. B. due to public holidays, the processing may be delayed a little.
The dispatch takes place with the Swiss Post (delivery in 5 working days) and is free within Switzerland & Liechtenstein .
For all deliveries outside of Switzerland, fees, import duties and VAT may be charged, which are determined by the destination. They are calculated according to the country of manufacture, origin and classification of the goods and are picked up as soon as your package has reached the country.
G I O V E does not charge any duties or taxes during the payment process and cannot predict how high these fees will be. In the event of such additional charges, they must be paid. The customer bears the costs for this. If you have any questions, please contact your local customs office for more information on your country's policies.
Outside of Switzerland and Liechtenstein, the parcels are sent in three different zones. Below you can see the shipping costs for your country.
If the respective offer does not contain any special information or advice, the goods will be delivered after the deadline specified here.
Zone 1 (shipping costs: CHF 12.-)

Zone 2 (shipping costs: CHF 20.-)
Albania, Armenia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Greenland, Kosovo, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine.
Zone 3 (shipping costs: CHF 30.-)
Rest of the world.

From a purchase of CHF 199.- shipping outside Switzerland & Liechtenstein is free of charge.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item purchased from our online store within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be in the same and original condition in which they were delivered, with all labels attached and in their original packaging. Worn, used, altered or damaged goods will not be accepted. Products belonging to the same order must be returned in a single package. In addition, the customer bears the return costs himself.
The return form is included with every order.
Refunds will be made according to the payment methods used to make the purchase:
PAYMENT WITH CREDIT CARD
The refund will be made to the same credit card that was used to make the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your bank statement depends on the individual Credit card company.
PAYMENT BY PAYPAL
The refund will appear on your PayPal account within 48 hours of receiving an email confirming the refund.
You will receive your refund within 14 working days from the start of the return process at the warehouse and we will notify you by email. For orders canceled prior to delivery, the refund will be issued within 5 working days of the request being confirmed.
If your order was shipped outside of Switzerland & Liechtenstein, taxes and duties will not be refunded by us.
